In answering the question of the biggest challenge in the industry in the near future, she states, in light of worldwide financial troubles that followed the pandemic, the search for containers has grown more difficult, and as a result, the sector’s cash flow will get more complicated in the near future, despite the fact that the maritime sector is rapidly reforming.

She reminds us that the maritime sector is always open to development and change, but at one point it is a young branch in terms of technology (for an agency). She predicts that unless humans and software developers make a breakthrough in this evolution, we might see operators locked inside excels in the near future.

For the newcomers to the industry, she also has some suggestions. As she mentioned above, if they are open to development and innovation, they can always climb the ladder of success. She is in a phase where she is investing in herself to grow in many areas, such as going overseas, reading books, and following print media to complete her evolution, and she encourages this to her colleagues in many industries, not only the shipping industry in her age group.
